For tomorrow's language arts persuasive paragraph test, we are writing our best possible draft of the topic Should parents limit the amount of time children view TV? You are allowed to use the persuasive paragraph rubric I have given for the test. In addition, you are also allowed to bring notes about your self/peer assessments to help remember what you need to improve in your persuasive paragraphs. In addition to the rubric, the following are some key points that I will be looking for, - A clearly stated opinion. - Reasons supporting your opinion. - Evidence/details which are connected to each reason given. - A concluding sentence which restates the opinion.
