Another great day! I can't wait to get our classroom statements up. Your only homework is to finish the multiplication 2-sided page and to complete the writing of your 'name' activity.
Remember to share this site and all your work with your parents. Also remember you should only use your fictional name when commenting. Reminder: Return your entertainment book if you are not selling it and bring in all forms. I look forward to hearing about your special object you brought. Have a good night. What a great day we had!
We have already reviewed what a topic sentence would look like when we write a paragraph and how to multiply 2-digit numbers. Remember those of you who need to practice your timestables should spend 5-10 minutes doing that each night. The same goes for addition and subtraction of 4 digit numbers. I loved your dance break moves. What great participation! You rock division 2! Writing: Complete your first draft of your photo from the summer. See LA to review the criteria. Other: Remember to bring your object tomorrow for our sharing. Media, walking field trip and student information forms returned. Grade 7's bring band forms. Have dividers, 4 exercise books (all together), book to read and previously requested supplies here. Ms Wilson email: [email protected]

Remember your planner each day! Start dressing appropriately for the weather...some of you were chilly outside today. What to do tonight: Explain to your parents what place value means and how to add and subtract 4-digit numbers. Be sure to show your parents this site...then explain how you set up your account as you show them your weebly site. When you go into design be sure to turn the icon 'social media' (eg. facebook) off. Play around with your site and experiment what you can do. We will show you more options tomorrow. Ask your parents why they gave you your name and if there is no answer, ask them why it is the perfect name for you. We will be sharing these responses Thursday. 1. Bring an object that symbolizes your personality. It could be something you really care about or something that reveals your personality.
