I think it is a combination because the body and the mind makes the perfect athlete the athlete needs phisyical and mental training to make them good athletes.

I think it's both to because you need to be able to make good jumps and be fit but it also depends on how focused you are and your technique on your jumps which is apart of your mind.

I agree with Mrcoolman, because in order to become a perfect athlete you need physical training to help you perfect your skills and mental training to help you.

I agree with Mrcoolman because an although in the Olympics can be very good but also has to be determined and that's only one example

I think that it is both. Body for being able to do tricks and scoring. Mind for planing out how to do the trick and mentally figuring out how to land the trick.

i actually saw a test of this person telling someone that has a bad r.e.m sleep (rapid eye movement which means you're fully asleep) and the scientist told one person with low r.e.m sleep that they had high r.e.m sleep then there brain told them they had better r.e.m sleep and then they really did sleep better (so its mind and body but mind a little more over body)

I think the mind is more important then the body because it tells the body what to do.

I think it's both because of the reasons that Mr. Coolman stated.

I think it is both because you need to physically do it but they also have to think while they are doing it.
