POST whether you followed through with your act of kindness today. If so, how did that go? What happened? Did it affect anyone? How did you feel? If you did not follow through, or post yesterday, then explain what you could do tomorrow. POST your thoughts about the theme and why you think our novel is called Wonder. Remember tomorrow is our field trip to make clay masks, so wear clothing that is okay to get dirty. Please thank your parents for driving. We leave for the Surrey Arts Centre at 10:30 and should leave for Hillcrest at 2:20. Today you received your rubric for assessing your science project. Pay attention the fully meets level of performance and its descriptors. Do you want to achieve this level? Do you know what you need to do to achieve that level? Are you willing to put the work needed into your project in order to achieve this level? Do you have any questions on how to achieve this level?

I tried to follow through with my act of kindness, I asked if I could be the one to write the drivers for tommmorow. But it was already done. I will try to find more ways to help others tommorow. I think the book is called Wonder is because in this book, you think a lot. Mostly, the characters for sure. And is shows what every character things about what people do, life, and struggles. Auggie wonders what school would be like, and turns out, there has been some downsides but it was amazing. I think the theme is to "always be a little kinder than necessary." Jack, could've never been his friend even if he felt bad. But that goodness inside of him popped out. How Jack could've ran away when those gr.7s were there. But no he didn't. It was necassary for him to protect himself first but that kindness inside of him chose to help. Good basketball game today @Disneyland, @Tyler Oakley! See you guys tommorow!

I think I did pretty good today encouraging others when we were playing basketball. I was cheering on both teams. According to the dictionary wonder means " a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration, caused by something beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar, or inexplicable." I think it relates to how other people see Auggie and him at school for the first time. He was treated differently because of his appearance. But later off in the book he's treated like everyone else. For science if I answered/gave more info on my endangered animal would it be closer to the fully meets level? See you guys tomorrow :)

I followed through with my goal by encouraging and cheering on my peers today at gym and basketball. I don't know if it affected anyone, but I hope it did! I feel really happy with my encouragement today! During basketball I cheered everyone on! Have a good night everyone! :)

I think that the book is called Wonder because Auggie was different. If I was his friend it would be a WONDER to be in his presence. I also think that Wonder is the title of the book because he always wondered what life would be like if his face was different.

I did follow through, it went really well and I felt really good and my brother felt good too. I think it was called wonder because the book made you wonder a lot. For example it would always hint at what Auggie looked like so it made you wonder a lot.

I think I did follow through because I was very encouraging and tried to make everyone happy. I think it's called wonder because everyone wonders about him and he is a "wonder" as someone said to him in the end.

Today in PE I cheered on my team when they tried to stop a basket and when they scored. I think the story is called Wonder, because Auggie is a trooper. Everyday he ends up capturing the hearts of more and more people. He truly is an amazing boy and everyone must wonder how he does it day after day.

for random act of kindness i think i did a pretty good job o n following through , ii think that it is called wonder because it was amazing how auggie started off as this little kid who though that oh no people are looking at me and he was really self concise of everything and everyone , but by the end of the year auggie had made knew friends and become this great student and great friend and by the end of the year he felt as if he had a normal face and now matter how other people looked at him he thought to home self that it didn't matter what other people thought its what he thought of him self, and to everyone around him they they thought that was a really nice and wonderful thing to see
