My thoughts on this video were how it says "absolute poverty is being deprived of absolutely everything" and it makes me feel like we're not doing enough to help stop poverty. when it says there is poverty everywhere, its dad to think that there are so many people living in poverty. One reason that people live in poverty is because of things like the minimum wage. The minimum wage isn't enough money to support a person or families needs nowadays, and that is a reason why people live in relative poverty.

I think that when it said "poverty occurs everywhere" I think this is most important because it really does happen everywhere and to everyone. Even maybe us.

For me, one of the most important thoughts was that 20,000 people die each day, because of poverty. I mean, we should take a stand, and do something about this, so that we can make poverty history.

I forgot to explain my opinion which is that maybe living in poverty in a rich country could happen to our country and might be worse than in the poor countries because we rely on technology and are LAZY but the people who are in poverty in poor countries are used to work and aren't lazy at all.

that quote poverty is everywhere it is true and its sad because it is everywhere and we need to speak out and make a difference in who we are because we have food, shelter, and everything we need to survive and they don't even have a cup of water and we have all the water we need. see you tomorrow guys. -Roadrunner.

So, I am not sure which one would be worse to live next to. Maybe living next to a rich town? I don't know, I think they are both bad.

My goodness that video was really sad, the one thing that I thought was sad was the quote "When the rich make war it's the poor that die.". The one thing that I also felt sad about is when a newspaper said "20,000 die each day. I just think it is SO sad that all of this happens. To be honest if money didn't exist then poverty wouldn't be happening and if they would want a favour to repay what they have done for you then you can do that instead of paying. That would be the perfect life, because no one would have to live in poverty! Wouldn't that be awesome!!!

When in the video it said that "live like this "I felt that people who are in poverty they just sit in streets and ask for money and people just give them one dollar or only two and they earn less money like that I think we should start helping because poverty is spreading everywhere and its a serous issue.

when I was watching this video I thought how could anybody live like that. Sitting there starving with tons of people around you doing the same. Or sitting by yourself watching all these people go to theme parks, or on there phones. I think both are horrible and need to be made history like the video said.

I thought that the video was sorta sad because of what the contest held and the images that were used. To answer the question in the video, which is worse, in my opinion, I think that absolute poverty is worse than relative because if you live in relative poverty, you may have a shelter to stay in and somewhat food, but just can't afford fancy things like expensive clothing or go out to see a movie. But for absolute poverty, you could be dying more and more everyday due to the lack of basic needs.

what I think about this video is that they say that even the richest countries have poverty like other not as wealthy countries. also people are also living in poverty asking for money and other items but sometimes their their on purpose and sometimes they had no choice.
