What is the difference between the theory of plate tectonics and the theory of continental drift?

Continental drift: theory of how the continents were once one (Pangaea).

...and yes, add that there are the 4 pieces of evidence supporting the Continental drift theory so continents must be slowly shifting their position.

What is divergent boundary?

A divergent boundary are the plates moving apart from each other, pulling parts of the oceanic crust along with it. These cracks in the ocean floor is where magma from the mantle oozes out and fills in the space between the plates. This forms a raised ridge called the mid-ocean ride or ocean ridge.

Im answering disneylands question: weathering is the breaking down of soil,rocks and minerals, weathering involves movement from wind, water, ice and gravity.

My question is what are the 4 pieces of evidence of Pangaea? I don't have full notes and I really need them so please answer soon. The rock cycle is the process of rocks continually changing over long periods of time! Great track meet! I got in good places. Well done to the people that went, so much motivation! Occurs when rock is broken apart by physical processes. Examples: growing plants, burrowing animals and water goes in cracks, freezes and expands.
