We are all looking forward to snowshoeing tomorrow. Inform parents who are driving: Thanks to parents who are driving up. We are meeting in the classroom between 8-8:10 in order to leave at 8:15. Tell parents the students they are driving and inform them that they are supervising you and your group of 2 ,3, or 4 for the day. I will give you driving directions in the morning. Students who wish to skate should bring $5 to rent skates. Bring a knapsack and wear appropriate winter clothes: winter jacket, winter boots (snowboard boots would work if they are comfortable), hat, gloves and bag lunch. Math- Bring new exercise book to start your measurement/geometry unit journal. Socials action plan and presentation should be completed for Friday. If you need to print out a script or personal narrative, etc. come early on Friday. You can sign up here to volunteer to present on Friday. So far we have Sonic and Mew. Speech-draft due on Friday. WONDER IS FINISHED! So now that we have finished this novel, how are you going to represent your understanding? Choose a partner(s) no more than a group of 4 to work on a project to show your lesson learned from this wonderful story. We are working on this next week to be completed before the break. Be ready to tell me who you are working with and what you are doing for your project by this Friday. You should be close to completing your socials presentation now and well into your action plan. Remember tomorrow is your last class time to work on this because we are snowshoeing on Thursday.
