Here are some fun decorations that were done in the afternoon. POST how you contributed to our haunted house and what exactly you will do on Monday morning during the parade walk through our classroom. Remember there will be band first thing, then band people can join in the classroom fun. Be specific about where you will sit in the class, if you are bringing a flashlight, etc. Perseverance...grit...determination... following your goals...believing in yourself...showing resilience... leadership...organization...confidence...thinking positive...communicating and doing your best. These and many more were factors that helped Mrs. Wheatcroft reach her goals of being a successful Olympic competitor. These are also factors that will help you achieve success this term. Be sure to discuss your next steps (goals) with your parents as you share your interim with them this weekend. REMINDERS:

Always edit your writing and especially check for capitals. Below is a short video with reminders of when to use capitals. Wow what a special guest today! We were inspired as Mrs. Wheatcroft shared her fascinating stories about her personal challenges and successes. POST your thoughts about today's message from our guest speaker, former Olympian curler, Georgina Wheatcroft. Be sure to come prepared tomorrow with your ideas of how to decorate our haunted house.
