The squirrel stores food in the winter by stuffing nuts into its cheeks and then burying them into a safe place.The squirrel uses its bushy tail for balance as it leaps tree from tree.

The Burrowing Owl has colouring for prairie and desert areas. Also, unlike other species of owls, Burrowing Owls are actually better on ground than in air. This enables them to build their burrows.
